During the first appointment, I listen and/or help you define your NEEDS. It's rare that we have only one discomfort. We prioritize the most important challenge you have. Additionally, I will have studied your health questionnaire, which will be given to you BEFORE OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT. This health questionnaire is sent to you by email.

During follow-ups, we assess what has improved and what is challenging. The goal is to establish new long-term lifestyle habits and understand what is really happening in our bodies.

#1 key : PROTECT YOUR ADRENALS. We cannot make progress if we run on adrenaline. We all face food cravings (craving for chips, salty foods, artificially sweetened processed foods, etc.). It's a process that I will explain to you as needed: why it manifests and WHAT TO DO to eliminate them. If I did it, you can too because I had A LOT of them! What a relief.
